National Industrial & Commercial Builder specialising on projects up to $120m across the Western & Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
Due to significant growth of the business, we're seeking 2 x Intermediate Contract Administrators to jump onto brand new projects.

Role:
Joining as a Contract Administrator, you will manage the full life cycle of complex and technical projects.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager and Project Manager, and working in a team environment, you will:

• Managed the administration of both head contracts and subcontracts.

• Lead commercial tracking and processing for subcontractor claims, payments, and variations.

• Oversaw the issuance and tracking of EOTs, RFIs, and site instructions.

• Organise and updated all project documentation and contract repositories.

• Supported the negotiation and resolution of minor contract disputes.

• Manage and close out final accounts.
