About the role
To support all areas within the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, professional customer service, accurate processing of documentation, and clean presentation of the showroom.
Key responsibilities
Manage switchboard and reception duties
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Handle general customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Manage over the counter chandlery sales
Assist the Sales Manager with administrative support
Prepare paperwork and handover packs for delivery of new vessels
Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Upload and maintain online listings (website, boatsonline etc)
Process insurance quotes (Yamaha and Club Marine)
Lodge licensing documentation with Department of Transport
About you
Ability to manage phones and customer enquiries
Ability to maintain showroom and yard presentation
Ability to process incoming administrative tasks
Ability to update online listings and marketing content
Ability to complete insurance quotes and follow-ups
Ability to respond to customer enquiries within the same business day
Attention to detail to minimise administrative errors
