Construction Labourer / Leading Hand – Ongoing Work

We are a construction company currently working on a large residential apartment project in Wollongong and are looking for reliable and experienced construction workers to join our site team.

We have ongoing work available and are looking for people who want stable, long-term employment.

The role may include:

• General construction labouring
• Site clean-up and housekeeping
• Moving and organising materials
• Assisting carpenters and other trades
• Minor carpentry and general building works
• Defect and finishing works
• Coordinating other labourers where required
• Assisting the Site Manager and Foreman with daily site activities

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience as:

• Construction Labourer
• Skilled Labourer
• Carpenter / Carpenter's Labourer
• Leading Hand
• Trades Assistant
• Site Hand
• General construction worker

Previous experience supervising or leading a small team is highly regarded, but not essential.

• Construction site experience
• White Card
• Reliable and willing to work
• Able to work independently
• Good attitude and teamwork
• Available for ongoing work in Wollongong
• Carpentry or other trade experience is highly regarded

For experienced applicants, there is an opportunity to take on a Leading Hand position and assist with coordinating our internal site team.
