This role would suit an experienced IT support professional or a university student currently studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related discipline who is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.

About the Role
Working as part of our Administration team, you will be responsible for providing responsive day-to-day IT support while helping maintain and develop the school's ICT infrastructure.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with staff and students and gain experience across a broad range of technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and timely IT support to staff and students.
Setting up, deploying and maintaining computers, laptops, iPads and other ICT devices.
Assisting with Microsoft 365 administration.
Supporting classroom technology, printers and audiovisual equipment.
Maintaining ICT systems, infrastructure and network operations.
Assisting with technology improvement projects.
Helping ensure ICT systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.

About You
We are looking for someone who is approachable, proactive and enjoys helping others.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
A willingness to support the Christian ethos and mission of the School.
Current enrolment in, or completion of, a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field.
Applications from university students looking to gain practical industry experience are strongly encouraged.
Sound technical knowledge and an enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
Experience providing IT support through employment, university placements, volunteer work or personal projects will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with staff, students and families.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
