Are you reliable, driven, and customer-focused? We want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at North Ryde!

We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Agent to support our customers with orders and general enquiries. You’ll work Monday to Friday between our operating hours of 6am - 6pm, with the opportunity for Saturday overtime on rotation.

We currently have 2 roles available - 1 x Full Time Permanent and 1 x Full Time 12 month contract.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilitiesTrack deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systemsBuild strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
