Systems Administrator (Fixed-Term)

• Role type: Fixed-Term Full Time (Until March 2027)
• Location: Villawood, NSW

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: Set up and maintain product formulas, products and supplier item prices, along with maintaining any changes.
• Production & Planning Support: Prepare production data and calculations, and support production tracking, product launches and discontinuations.
• Reporting: Provide daily, monthly and ad hoc reports such as stock on hand, production transfers, staff headcount and cost roll-ups.
• ERP Systems: Support the implementation, administration and ongoing improvement of ERP systems, ensuring they effectively support business operations.
• Team Support: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and support with other System responsibilities as required - we work as a team!

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience working with ERP systems, including implementation and transition, system administration, data uploads, configuration, user support, testing and troubleshooting.
• Confident working with data, systems, and reporting tools, including Microsoft Office and MFG or similar applications
• Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written, reading and numeracy skills, with the ability to interpret operational data.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment is desirable.
