We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and strengthen our growing NDIS and Aged Care operations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior leadership role will oversee key service areas including NDIS Service Delivery, Support Coordination and Support at Home, with a strong focus on operational performance, accountability, quality and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across operational departments

• Lead and support Team Leaders to achieve strong performance and service outcomes

• Monitor KPIs, productivity, utilisation and departmental performance

• Strengthen management reporting, dashboards, systems and processes

• Identify operational gaps, risks and inefficiencies and drive corrective action

• Improve accountability, communication and follow-through across teams

• Work collaboratively across Quality, HR, Finance and Clinical functions

• Drive continuous improvement, service expansion and sustainable growth

About You

• Senior management experience within NDIS, Aged Care or community services

• Strong knowledge of NDIS Service Delivery and Support Coordination

• Support at Home / aged care experience highly regarded

• Proven experience leading teams and improving operational performance

• Strong analytical, reporting and performance-management capability

• Commercially minded with a strong focus on quality, compliance, efficiency and growth
