Just Better Care is a leading provider of in-home aged care and disability support services across Australia. We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated QLD team, servicing the Hervey Bay region.

We offer casual opportunities, allowing you to enjoy flexible working hours while making a real difference in your local community.

Your Role May Involve:

• Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance

• Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

• Offering social support and transport for appointments, shopping, and community outings

• Helping customers safely use mobility aids and equipment (e.g., hoists, walkers, wheelchairs)

• Supporting clients with complex or challenging care needs

• Monitoring customer well-being and reporting any changes or concerns

• Attending staff meetings and participating in required training sessions

What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Home & Community Care (preferred)

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (if applicable)

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Valid Federal Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card

• A current Australian Driver’s Licence

• A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred)

• Smartphone with internet access
