Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams to deliver growth and customer satisfaction
Build and execute sales strategies that enhance profitability and customer loyalty
Collaborate across departments to align sales performance with business goals
Drive consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement in how sales are delivered
Act as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and team culture
About you
Proven experience leading sales or business development teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial and analytical acumen
Natural leadership and communication skills that build trust and engagement
A genuine passion for developing people and delivering customer excellence
