Raisebore Drillers & Offsiders 

Due to continued operational growth, Redpath is seeking experienced Raisebore Drillers and motivated Raisebore Offsiders to join our expanding Raisebore Division. These are excellent opportunities to secure long-term work with a respected underground mining contractor and build your career within a safety-focused team environment.

Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient raiseboring operations across our projects.

The Role

• 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
• Rotating day and night shifts
• Permanent full-time positions
• Long-term contracts and ongoing work
• FIFO from Perth only
• Immediate starts available for suitable candidates

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and assisting on Boxhole and Conventional Raisebore rigs
• Supporting safe and efficient drilling operations
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
• Working effectively within a team environment to achieve production targets

About You

Raisebore Drillers

To be considered, you will have:

• 2–4 years’ Raiseboring experience
• Experience operating Boxhole and/or Conventional Raisebore rigs

• Strong safety leadership and communication skills

   

Raisebore Offsiders

We are also seeking motivated Offsiders who:

• Have a strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Are eager to learn and develop within the underground mining industry
• Previous underground or drilling experience highly regarded

Essential Requirements

• Australian work rights

   

• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening
• Current C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
• National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
• Current Working at Heights certificate (within 5 years)
• Current First Aid certificate (within 2 years)
