Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team in Springwood, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients, ensuring their rehabilitation and recovery needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of health promotion programmes within the community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
