Talent Aquisition Advisor

Voyages Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.

With the fast paced nature of our team we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our mission by delivering outstanding recruitment solutions and connecting exceptional candidates with rewarding opportunities. This role will see you work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process, sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talented individuals who align with our vision.

This role will be a 6 month Full time fixed term contract.

Your new role:

• Actively talent searching for candidates to live and work at Ayers Rock Resort, NT.
• Writing Job Ads to attract talent and candidates wishing to relocate
• Building relationships with Hiring Managers at Ayers Rock Resort and knowing your portfolio of jobs inside out!
• Screening applications against Job Descriptions and scopes
• Interviewing candidates to ensure they are ready to live and work in Yulara
• Working across EBA, Award and Common Law offerings across diverse roles

You will have: 

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Experience within Hospitality or Tourism Industry
• Eager to listen and learn in a pressure cooker environment.
• We work with international candidates therefore strong and clear communication is a must!
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience with an ATS (Jobadder Taleo, Pageup, HiBob etc.) – Highly desirable
