A positive outlook and team approach. Effective communication skills. Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (working toward Cert III may be considered). Current First Aid qualification HLTAID012. Knowledge of the National Quality Framework. Some experience working with children and families. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with all staff.
