At RNS and Brookvale CHCs and providing outreach across the District.
What you'll be doing
The NSP Health Education Officer is responsible for the delivery of specialist services to people who inject drugs, and to associated networks and services within the Northern Sydney community. The work includes the provision of drug using equipment, brief interventions and informal counselling within the context of a holistic model of health. This position also involves the delivery of a range of prevention/health promotion initiatives to reduce harms associated with injecting drug use.
