We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our dynamic team at AppleJack Hospitality. We take pride in serving delicious and memorable meals to our valued customers. Our kitchen is a hub of creativity and teamwork, where every member plays a crucial role in delivering culinary excellence.

• Junes Shoppe, CBD
• RAFI, North Sydney
• Taphouse, Darlinghurst
• Opera Bar, CBD 

• Dishwashing: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure kitchen surfaces and equipment are clean and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking kitchen supplies as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless flow of operations.
• Opportunities for Food Preparation: Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
