About the Role:

Securecorp is seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team. This is a permanent role offering a fixed fortnightly roster averaging 36 hours per week, providing structure, consistency, and predictable work-life balance

You will play a key frontline role in maintaining a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment. The position requires a strong visible presence, continuous patrols, proactive engagement with the public, and accurate incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct continuous foot patrols maintaining a strong visible presence, manage access control points.Provide professional customer service and promote safe and appropriate behaviour on siteMonitor, identify, and respond to security, safety, and behavioural incidentsComplete accurate and timely incident reports, shift logs, and contemporaneous notesAssist in identifying and managing hazards including unsafe behaviour, vandalism, and environmental risks
