IronMerge People are currently seeking experienced Supervisors to join a leading Tier 1 production mining operation in Western Australia. These roles offer long-term, ongoing opportunities with strong earning potential and the possibility of permanent employment.

About you

Essential

• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience leading large-scale autonomous mining production teams in an open pit mining environment (references available)
• Demonstrated experience with Frontrunner AHS and integrated mining operations.
• Proven ability to manage and coach multidisciplinary production teams to achieve safety, production, and operational targets.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership, risk management and compliance with site and legislative requirements.
• Experience in incident investigation, hazard identification, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Experience managing shift handovers, operational reporting, and production performance monitoring.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence (essential).
• Roster: 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 off.  Tuesday to Tuesday roster. FIFO from Perth.

Requirements 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Unlimited Australian working rights
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Valid Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• Must currently reside in Western Australia (international applicants not supported)
