Want to get into manufacturing but don't have years of factory experience?

If you're reliable, comfortable with physical work and willing to learn, this could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large, established Australian manufacturer.

We're building the team across day and afternoon shift and are looking for people who turn up, work hard and enjoy being part of a busy crew.

Factory experience is great — but it's not essential. We've also interested in people coming from warehousing, construction, trades, hospitality, retail or other hands-on environments.

• $32.50–$42 per hour, depending on shift and experience

• Pay increase following the training period

• Consistent Monday-to-Friday hours and ongoing work

• Day and afternoon shifts available

This is a hands-on role where you'll work across different parts of the manufacturing process, including:

• Handling, loading and unloading commercial construction products

• Assisting with production and operating machinery

• Using hand and power tools

• Measuring, packing and preparing customer orders

• Keeping your work area organised and safe

You'll be moving throughout the shift and working as part of a team, so it will suit someone who prefers being active rather than standing around watching the clock.

You don't need a perfect resume. We're more interested in finding people who:

• Turn up consistently and can be relied upon

• Are comfortable with physical, hands-on work

• Take workplace safety seriously

• Can follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Want stable work and are willing to learn

Previous manufacturing or production experience will definitely help, and a forklift licence is highly regarded, but neither is essential for every position.
