Administration Assistant - Cancer & Wellness Service

• Part Time, Ongoing Contract
• 40 hours per fortnight

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

We are seeking a friendly, organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our Cancer & Wellness Service.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and reception support to ensure our clients receive a welcoming and positive experience. You will support the day-to-day administrative needs of the service and work closely with a multidisciplinary team across a range of services.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational and technology skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively. You will be proactive, adaptable and confident in building positive working relationships with clients, colleagues, community members, key stakeholders and other health professionals.

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced administration professional who is committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoys working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
