Call Centre Operator

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and achieving results? We're looking for a motivated Call Centre Operator to join our team in Midland.

About the Role

This role is all about building strong relationships with our existing customers. You'll make outbound calls to customers whose vehicles are due for their scheduled service, discuss their servicing needs, confidently handle objections, and secure service bookings. With a strong focus on customer retention, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring our customers continue to choose us for all their servicing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers from our database.
• Book customers in for scheduled vehicle servicing.
• Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
• Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve booking and retention targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and phone skills.
• Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
• Is confident handling objections and finding solutions.
• Is motivated by achieving results and earning commission.
• Has strong organisational and time management skills.
• A team player with the ability to work in a vibrant team environment
• Previous customer service, call centre, sales, or automotive experience is an advantage, but not essential.
