Daniel Baxter Painting Services is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team as a subcontractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable painting company based in Ballarat, VIC 3350. As a Painter and Decorator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to both residential and commercial clients. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring client satisfaction on every project.

What you'll be doing
Experienced Painter – Exterior & Interior

We are looking for an experienced painter to join our team.

The right person must have solid experience with weatherboard homes and exterior preparation, with a strong eye for detail and a high standard of finish.

Requirements

Proven experience painting weatherboard homes
Strong exterior preparation skills – scraping, sanding, filling, gap sealing, priming and preparing surfaces properly
Experience with interior painting, including walls, ceilings, doors, trims and woodwork
Able to produce a clean, professional finish
Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Keeps the worksite clean and tidy
Own transport and painting tools preferred

We are looking for someone who understands that good preparation is the key to a quality paint job and doesn’t cut corners.
