Hourly Rate-$56.41-$58.30 per hour (inclusive of worker retention) plus leave loading & super

Are you an experienced Early Childhood Director looking for flexibility, adventure and the opportunity to make a real difference in rural and remote communities?

We are seeking experienced Early Education & Care Directors to join our not-for-profit organisation on a FIFO casual basis.

About the Role

• FIFO opportunities across rural and remote locations throughout Australia
• Minimum swing: 2 weeks
• Stay for longer if you choose — you decide the length of your placement
• Flights provided
• Car hire provided
• Accommodation provided
• Casual employment with flexible placement options
• Work with a not-for-profit organisation making a positive difference in regional and remote communities

Please note: Regular swing rosters are not available. The minimum commitment is a two-week swing.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in Early Education and Care
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to obtain additional state/territory checks as required
• Current clear National Police Clearance
• Be 21 years or older for car-hire purposes
• Be living in Australia and legally eligible to work in Australia
