Mobile Plant/Excavator/Material Handler

Metal Biz Recyclers is one of the leading metal recycling companies in Qld with three branches across Brisbane. We are expanding and looking for experienced mobile machine operators to support our team based at Rocklea.

Qualifications and skills: - 

• Driver’s license and other relevant tickets/certificates to operate machinery

• Must have experience in operating Material Handler, Excavator, Front-loader.

• Following safe operating procedures and comply with company policy

• Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team.

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Have a commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities: - 

• Able to operate various types of plant safely and confidently

• Loading/unloading customer vehicles.

• Checking loads are secure.

• Assist in maintaining the safety of the facility

• Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting

• Basic maintenance duties
