Key responsibilities:

Front Office & Client Service

• Welcome clients and visitors
• Manage calls, enquiries and reception
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front office

Administration & Office Support

• Manage mail, couriers, deliveries, parking and shared inboxes
• Coordinate meeting rooms, office supplies and facilities
• Liaise with cleaners, suppliers and building management
• Arrange catering and support internal and client events
• Provide general administration support

Skills & Experience

• Previous reception or front desk experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional and personable
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
