The Opportunity

A Commercial Valuer to join our commercial mortgage team.
Commercial mortgage valuations across metropolitan Sydney and major regional centres including industrial, office and Government assets.
Work with major lenders and gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial properties
Undertaking property inspections, compiling valuation data, and creating quality reports within a high fee writing environment.
Utilise our extensive market data and further your career within a global market leader.

CPV with commercial valuation experience looking to further your career
Self-motivated, accurate research & data management capabilities
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
