Part-Time Commercial Cleaner – Outer Harbour

$36.36 per hour + applicable allowances | 25 hours per week | Monday–Friday

Clark's Professional Cleaning is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our small, family-owned team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday afternoon work with a well-established local business.

The Position

• 25 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• 5 hours per day

• Starting at 15:30, with some flexibility

• $36.36 per hour + applicable allowances

• Travel time between sites is paid

• All cleaning equipment provided

• Work based at a secure 24/7 operational facility in the Outer Harbour area

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout offices, bathrooms, locker rooms and lunchrooms.

The role involves:

• Working independently and managing your time effectively

• Following established cleaning procedures and safety requirements

• Working around client staff in a friendly and professional manner

• Driving a company vehicle between sites when required

• Using your own vehicle for short-distance travel between buildings

• Unlocking and securing designated areas and vehicles

• Using a smartphone app to log completed jobs

• Wearing appropriate PPE and following all workplace safety requirements

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential – training will be provided.

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Own reliable vehicle

• Working smartphone

• Ability to qualify for a Marine Security Identification Card (MSIC)

• Ability to meet site security and police-check requirements

• Ability to meet our workplace vaccination requirements

• Good level of physical fitness; a work fitness assessment may be required
