About the roleWeb & Digital Design: Core responsibility includes designing beautiful, user-friendly websites (UX/UI), landing pages, and interactive digital experiences.Digital Marketing Collateral: Conceptualise and execute high-performing social media graphics, EDMs (email newsletters), and digital ad campaigns.Brand Alignment: Understand brand and campaign guidelines and ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements, and brand standards of each client.Project Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external decision-makers; manage and traffic your own projects throughout the design process.Feedback & Iteration: Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback on all internal/external design projects to ensure the highest quality output.Creative Innovation: Strategically push boundaries with the creative process, user experience, and visual execution.
Skills and experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills2+ years of professional digital design experience with a strong online portfolio showcasing UX/UI web design, social media assets, and digital marketing campaigns.Expert knowledge of Figma is a must (this is our primary tool for web and UI workflows).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Xd) for asset creation and ad graphics.Strong understanding of digital visual elements (layout, typography, responsive web design, and digital-first asset optimisation).Experience designing high-converting EDMs and digital ad creatives.Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.Animation/Motion Graphics knowledge (After Effects/Premier, CapCut) is a huge plus
