Founded by the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, Linear Clinical Research is at the forefront of scientific discovery through world-leading human clinical trials. With two primary locations in Joondalup and Nedlands, Linear conducts a broad range of clinical trials across cancer, early phase, and general medicine

This role is primarily located at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Nedlands and is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. From time to time, you may be required to work and undertake training at our Joondalup site.

Some of your key duties will require you to;

•  Coordinate and manage multiple clinical trials, ensuring timely documentation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to high-quality standards.
• Accurately prepare, maintain and archive trial documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are achieved whilst liaising and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Help with the preparation of study specific documentation in advance of client meetings.
• Support the wider clinic team to conduct clinical activities and assessments. 

Your Experience
The successful applicant will ideally come with previous experience from the clinical trial or medical sector however, this is not essential. What is essential are the following skills and attributes;

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet competing deadlines, and monitor project milestones and timelines effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work within standard operating procedures and regulations. 
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, regulatory, and operational staff.
• Previous experience from the health, medical or research sectors beneficial.
