About The Role
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our Risk, Compliance and Enterprise Services team on a full-time, 6-month fixed term contract. Based in our Melbourne office, this role will provide support to the National Deeds Coordinator. The primary function of this role will be to provide administration support on all activities relating to the firms’ deeds and closed files processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the recording and archiving of deeds in line with the firms’ processesMaintain accurate records in our systems, including details of receipt, packet and matter numbersSearch, retrieve and send deeds as requested in line with the firms’ processesResolve any queries regarding DeedsWorking with internal and external stakeholders to assist with various administrative requests
The Experience We Are Looking For
Coupled with the below you will be dealing largely with sensitive and critical information so a high level of attention to detail is imperative.
Experience in the archival process of documentation, including deeds, will be advantageousExperience in administrative dutiesHighly competent with use of computers and systemsExcellent document management skills including strong attention to detailExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to take initiative to complete set tasksStrong communication skills both verbal and written
To be successful in this role it is essential you have excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and possess excellent organisational skills. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for law and are seeking work in a collaborative environment.
