Senior People and Culture Partner - Lewisham

Your Role

As our Senior People and Culture Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across our Commercial Enterprise, Retail and Fundraising (CERF) directorate. You'll partner with leaders to navigate complex people matters, strengthen capability, drive organisational change and deliver workforce initiatives that enable high-performing teams. Working collaboratively across People and Culture, you'll play a key role in supporting business outcomes while contributing to Vinnies' mission of assisting people experiencing disadvantage.

Your Responsibility

• Partner with senior leaders across the Commercial Enterprise, Retail and Fundraising directorate to deliver strategic and operational People and Culture solutions.
• Provide expert coaching, guidance and advice across workforce planning, organisational design, change management, performance, talent and employee relations.
• Build trusted relationships that strengthen leadership capability and foster high-performing and engaged teams.
• Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives aligned to business objectives and organisational priorities.
• Lead and support complex people projects and organisational change initiatives across diverse operational environments.
• Collaborate with specialist teams across Employment Relations, Safety, Culture and Organisational Development, People Systems and People Services to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve people practices, policies and processes that enhance the employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide commercially focused advice that balances operational needs with legislative, industrial and governance requirements.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of the Society's Strategic Plan through innovative and practical people solutions.
• Champion a positive, inclusive and safe workplace culture across the directorate.

You Will Need:

You will bring:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Significant generalist People and Culture experience in a partnering or HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing people strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and organisational change.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business outcomes with people-focused solutions.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to facilitate, present and influence.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for building capability, culture and engagement.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel for work as required.
