As our Senior People and Culture Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across our Commercial Enterprise, Retail and Fundraising (CERF) directorate. You'll partner with leaders to navigate complex people matters, strengthen capability, drive organisational change and deliver workforce initiatives that enable high-performing teams. Working collaboratively across People and Culture, you'll play a key role in supporting business outcomes while contributing to Vinnies' mission of assisting people experiencing disadvantage.
