The Role:

Ideal Candidate:
You will possess a relevant trade qualification - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent.
A positive team player attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility are required.
Key Requirements:
Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent Diesel Mechanic trade).
Proven experience in service on mobile plant, heavy machinery or cranes.
Demonstrated experience in complex fault finding and diagnostics on hydraulic and electrical systems.
Ability to work autonomously.
Great communication skills.
Current driver’s licence (HR highly desirable).
High level commitment to safety, OEM quality and customer service.
Experience with Franna pick & carry, or other mobile cranes will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
• Complete scheduled servicing, repairs and inspections Franna mobile cranes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic & electrical faults in the field.
• Attend breakdown and emergency repairs with minimal supervision.
• Maintain effective communications with all internal and external customers and complete all relevant documentation as required.
• Ensure all work complies with safety requirements and meets OEM standards.
• Represent the company in its relationships with major customers.
• Perform duties in the field whenever required.
