Experienced Underground Operators and Fitters

Nexus Mining is a leading provider of specialised services to the underground coal mining industry, with an established workforce across New South Wales and Queensland.

Nexus Mining is now offering an exciting long-term opportunity for Fitters and Operators to join our crew at Centurion Mine, working on a secondary support project.

This opportunity is part of a 3 year contract +2 , offering long-term stability and the chance to be part of a committed high-performing team.

To be successful with your application you must have the following:

• Detailed evidence of previous underground coal experience in Secondary Support, with specific competency to the below;
  - Airtrack
  - Loader
  - Personnel transporter  
• Proven excellent track record in safety and compliance
• Team member work ethic
• Customer focus
• A drive to meet high performance standards
• Current and valid Standard 11

What we offer: 

• Experienced Underground Operator: $75/per hour 
• Experienced Underground Trade: $85/per hour
• Bolt Bonus up to $400 per week / $800 per tour
• Full Time Position
