Business Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at TECH-KH is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of onsite work and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, and supporting the analysis of data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst will assist in preparing reports, presentations, and insights for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define and refine solutions. Day-to-day tasks include participating in meetings, clarifying requirements, validating process changes, and ensuring that recommended solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and support evidence-based recommendations.Candidates should possess foundational Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder support.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.Candidates should possess understanding of Business Process design and improvement, with the ability to map workflows and identify inefficiencies.Candidates should possess skills in defining and managing Business Requirements to ensure solutions meet business objectives and user needs.Beneficial qualifications include tertiary education in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.Beneficial skills include proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn.Experience in a similar junior or internship role, or exposure to technology or consulting environments, is an advantage but not mandatory.
