Senior Landscape Architect / Associate

Help shape EPCAD’s next chapterEPCAD is seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect or Associate to join our Perth studio and play a key role in our management team.This is an opportunity for an accomplished landscape architect who wants more than project delivery. You will help lead clients, guide projects, support our team and contribute to the future direction and continued growth of the practice.For more than 30 years, EPCAD has delivered environmentally and culturally responsive projects across Western Australia and beyond. Our work spans new communities, parks, civic spaces, education, infrastructure, resorts and urban renewal.The roleWorking closely with EPCAD’s leadership team, you will:Lead a wide range of projects across all aspects of landscape architecture, master planning, visual assessment and urban design.Manage and co-ordinate teams and projects from early concept design through to design development, documentation and contract administrationBuild trusted relationships with clients, consultants and approval authoritiesManage project programs, budgets and delivery standardsMentor and support other members of the landscape architecture teamContribute to business development, studio culture, and strategic decision-makingHelp shape the way EPCAD works as the practice continues to evolveAbout youWe need a confident and self-motivated professional with:Around 5-7 years relevant professional experienceA recognised Landscape Architecture qualification and AILA membership, or equivalentDemonstrated experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teamsStrong design, technical documentation and contract administration capabilitiesExcellent communication, client management and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative studioExperience in AutoCAD and with Adobe Creative Suite softwareExisting Citizenship or Australian working rightsCurrent Australian Driver’s licenceAssociate-level candidates will ideally bring additional experience in client leadership, business development and practice management.What we offerA genuine role within the senior management teamThe opportunity to influence the future direction of a well-established and ever-growing practiceDiverse and meaningful projects across Western AustraliaA supportive, professional and collaborative studio environmentClear opportunities for career development and advancementA city central office space close to amenitiesTo apply, please send your CV and a concise portfolio of recent professional work to epcad@epcad.com.au.Applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
