Academy Coordinator

Newy Girls Football Academy is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, energetic Academy Coordinator to help deliver high‑quality football development programs for girls aged 6–15.

This role blends session support, administration, communication, and junior coach supervision. You’ll be part of a values‑driven team committed to creating strong development pathways for young female athletes.

What you’ll do

• Support delivery of training sessions at Myers Park (Adamstown) and Club Merewether (Merewether)

• Coordinate weekly operations, communication, and player onboarding (remotely)

• Supervise junior coaches and uphold child‑safe practice

• Assist with clinics, events, and competition coordination

What you bring

• Experience in football coaching (community, development, or youth)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced community sport environment

• Availability for Monday and Wednesday evenings (with future expansion to three nights)

• NSW Working With Children Check + driver licence and insured vehicle

What we offer

• $29.45 per hour + superannuation

• Approx. $22,971 per year (15 hrs/week, permanent part‑time)
