About the role

Due to the exciting growth of our brand new practice Joyner Family Dental, we are looking for two amazing people to join our friendly, supportive and growing team:

Dental Assistant – Casual
Front Desk Superstar – Casual

Front Desk Superstar – 4–5 Days per Week

We’re looking for a mature, highly organized and confident Front Desk Superstar who can take ownership of their role and keep things running smoothly.

The ideal person will be:

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

• Mature, reliable and professional in their approach

• Confident communicating with patients and the dental team

• Friendly, warm and genuinely passionate about patient care

• Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done

• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment

• A great communicator and team player

• Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded

The Front Desk position offers 4–5 days per week, including one late evening shift and shared Saturdays.

Dental Assistant – Casual

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and caring Dental Assistant to join our team.

The ideal person will be:

• Reliable, motivated and organized

• Friendly and caring with an excellent patient manner

• A positive team player

• Able to work efficiently in a busy practice

• Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards

• Passionate about dentistry and patient care

• Previous dental assisting experience is highly regarded

The Dental Assistant position offers 2–3 days per week, including one late evening shift and shared Saturdays.
