We’re seeking an organised and proactive Accounts and Compliance Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting customers and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable, invoicing and debtor follow-up

• Preparing work orders for accounts payable

• Maintaining compliance records and documentation

• Monitoring licences, insurances and subcontractor requirements

• Communicating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

• General administration and data entry

About You

You will have administration and accounts experience, strong communication and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude. Previous compliance experience is desirable but not essential.
