About the role:

Working closely with senior Partners, you will advise and represent clients across a broad range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters, including:

• Corporate and contractual disputes.
• Shareholder and joint venture disputes.
• Restructuring and insolvency litigation.
• Receiverships, administrations, liquidations and bankruptcy matters.
• Banking, finance and enforcement disputes.
• Property-related disputes.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-4years’ PQE gained within a reputable commercial litigation, insolvency or a related disputes practice.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills;
• A commercially minded and practical approach to dispute resolution;
• Strong communication and client management skills; and
• A genuine interest in developing your career within a leading disputes and insolvency practice.
