Care Worker- Subiaco

We are currently seeking an experienced Care Worker to provide daily support to our residents at Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home.

This is a Fixed-term contract until March 2027, providing maternity leave cover, with the possibility of extension.

You will be available to work the following shift pattern.

Week 1

Monday 0700-1300

Thurs 0700-15.15

Fri 0700-1500

Week 2

Monday 0700-1500

Thurs 0700-15.15

Friday 0700-15.15

The Role

• Assess care plans and ensure residents’ needs are met
• Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
• Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respect
• Ensure residents’ rooms and the facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard

About You

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
• Previous experience working in an aged care or hospital environment
• Ability to work well as a team and also independently
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
