Endoscopy Nurse

About the role

You will contribute to the clinical and operational leadership of endoscopy and day-procedure services, operating theatre and recovery, patient admission, discharge and clinical coordination, staff supervision, education and development, clinical governance, accreditation and quality improvement, and infection prevention, patient safety and workflow improvement.

• Clinical governance, accreditation and quality improvement
• Infection prevention, patient safety and workflow improvement

About you

• Current AHPRA registration
• Good experience in endoscopy, theatre and/or recovery nursing
• Excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
• An interest in leadership and developing clinical services
• Previous nursing management or leadership experience preferred, but not essential for an experienced senior nurse ready to progress into a management role
