We are seeking an experienced General Butcher to join our dynamic team at Bundy Chop Shop in Bundaberg North, Queensland. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in our bustling butchery, where you'll be responsible for the full range of butchery duties.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cutting a variety of meats to customer specifications
Ensuring all products meet the highest quality and safety standards
Providing excellent customer service and advice to our valued clients
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Contributing to the overall smooth running of the butchery
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualifications or significant experience as a General Butcher
Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation, and handling
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
The ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
