Administration Trainee - Wood Motorcycle & Mower

Wood Motorcycle & Mower is a local dealership and workshop specialising in motorcycles, mowers and small engine equipment, providing sales, servicing, repairs and maintenance to customers across the region.

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Administration Trainee to support our workshop operations in Warrnambool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls, respond to basic enquiries and greet customers
• Assist with general administration and reception duties
• Assist with data entry, invoices, filing and document preparation
• Support sales administration and customer paperwork
• Assist with scheduling appointments and workshop bookings
• Learn and follow dealership systems, procedures and workplace practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
