Administration Team Leader – Radiologist Workflow & Teleradiology – Evening & After Hours

As Imaging Associates continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive, organised and people-focused leader to take ownership of our after-hours workflow administration team and play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality, timely and consistent teleradiology services.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll be the team’s trusted point of contact—providing clear direction, resolving issues, making sound operational decisions and ensuring workflows remain efficient and service standards are consistently upheld. You’ll also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and refining processes to support smoother patient care, radiologist workflow and overall operations.

You’ll take ownership of rostering, leave management, performance and staff development, while building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including our global radiologist network. Your ability to communicate confidently, prioritise effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced clinical environment will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

Working Pattern & Location

The role is based on site at our Box Hill Support Office and operates on a structured 7 days on / 7 days off roster. Typical working hours are expected to be between 4pm – 12am, leading the afterhours team. Working hours and days may be altered at times to meet operational requirements.

This is a Permanent Part-Time opportunity!

You’ll bring a people-focused, collaborative style, strong communication and leadership skills, and the confidence to keep workflows running smoothly in a fast-paced clinical environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Administration experience in medical, healthcare or customer service, with a strong service focus.
• 2+ years’ experience leading teams in a frontline leadership capacity.
• Experience leading teams through growth, change and complexity while building an accountable, collaborative culture.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships across clinicians, radiologists, hospitals and customers.
• Sound judgement, problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise and act with confidence.
• Clear communication and a collaborative leadership style focused on positive outcomes.
• Professionalism, discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality in a clinical environment.
• A proactive approach to supporting radiologists and key stakeholders.
• A positive, flexible and resilient style, with the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; RIS and PACS experience will be highly regarded.
