Working alongside a talented and collaborative brigade, you will confidently run your section, bringing strong technical skill and attention to detail to every service. From preparation to the pass, you will ensure each dish is consistent in flavour, quality and presentation.

You will organise daily preparation, guide Demi and Commis Chefs and work closely with our senior Culinary leaders to use produce thoughtfully, minimise waste and contribute fresh ideas.

This is a full-time position working across a rotating seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You are a skilled and passionate chef who thrives in the energy of a busy kitchen. Calm under pressure and proud of your craft, you bring a collaborative approach to service and enjoy helping others grow.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Experience confidently running a section within a busy restaurant, hotel or comparable kitchen
• A Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for quality produce, flavour and presentation
• Experience guiding, training and supporting junior chefs
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
• The organisation and attention to detail needed to manage preparation, stock and service priorities
• A positive, team-focused approach and clear communication style
• An appreciation for responsible sourcing, seasonal produce and reducing food waste
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
