We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team player who wants more than just a warehouse job. This role is designed to develop into internal sales and tool servicing, with full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll start by learning the business from the ground up:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders

• Coordinating with team members, suppliers, and couriers

• Assisting walk-in customers and answering calls

• Stock control and stocktaking

• General warehouse operations

As you grow, you’ll also get involved in:

• Tool servicing and repairs

• Internal sales support

• Product and technical knowledge development

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Friendly, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to lift up to 25kgs

• Good multitasking and time management

• Customer-focused mindset

Nice to have (but not essential):

• Experience with fasteners, tools, or similar products

• Knowledge of hydraulics or pneumatics

• Forklift licence (or happy to get one — we can help with training)

• Basic MS Office skills
