The Role: Assistant Groomer & Prep Specialist

You aren't "just a bather"—you are a key driver of our salon's flow and standard. As our Assistant Groomer & Prep Specialist, your speed, thoroughness, and attention to detail set our Senior Groomers up to deliver perfection.

Your Operational Focus:

• Precision Prep & Bathing: Executing luxury skin-and-coat treatments and thorough blow-dries to set up the ideal canvas for styling.

• Technical Detail Work: High-standard brushing, de-shedding, precise nail trims, and ear cleaning handled safely and efficiently.

• Salon Standards: Keeping the environment pristine, organized, and presenting like a high-end studio at all times.

• Team Efficiency: Working seamlessly with Senior Groomers to keep the daily schedule moving smoothly without sacrificing safety or quality.
