We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our overseas supplier quality program, drive continuous improvement, reduce warranty costs and ensure our products consistently meet the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Quality Control Manager, you’ll play a critical role in managing supplier quality performance while working closely with Product Development, Purchasing and Operations teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with overseas manufacturers and suppliers.
• Driving supplier quality improvements across existing and new product ranges.
• Reviewing supplier performance using quality, warranty and operational data.
• Leading supplier corrective action programs and monitoring outcomes.
• Managing the end-to-end supplier claims process and warranty recoveries.
• Negotiating supplier replacement percentages and commercial quality outcomes.
• Analysing warranty trends and identifying opportunities to reduce product defects.
• Overseeing spare parts ordering and availability to support warranty and operational requirements.
• Leading and developing the Supplier Claims Officer.
• Preparing supplier performance reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve supplier performance and product quality.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building supplier relationships and using data to improve business performance.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, manufacturing or product quality management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience managing warranty claims, supplier recoveries or quality investigations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality and warranty data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
