We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy and growing dental practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic.

• Lead, support, and motivate the reception and administrative team.

• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to treatment completion.

• Manage appointment scheduling and optimise the clinical diary.

• Coordinate staff rosters and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training.

• Monitor practice performance and implement efficient systems and processes.

• Oversee billing, banking, accounts, and financial administration.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, privacy, accreditation, and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Manage stock ordering, suppliers, and equipment servicing.

• Work closely with the dentists to support the growth and success of the practice.

About You

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or Practice Manager, in a dental setting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience with dental practice management software, D4W, is highly regarded.

• Knowledge of HICAPS, CDBS, health funds, and dental billing is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently while fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
