About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Operator (Picker, Packer & Delivery Driver) to support our Brisbane operation.

This opportunity combines warehouse order preparation with local customer deliveries. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in completing work accurately and providing excellent customer service.

The current operational requirement is approximately 3 to 4 days per week. Daily hours will vary depending on customer orders, delivery routes and operational volumes. Early-morning availability is essential, and expected service days and time windows will be communicated in advance wherever practicable.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and Packing

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
• Verify products, quantities and order accuracy
• Apply FIFO stock-rotation principles
• Inspect products for quality, expiry and labelling compliance
• Prepare chilled, frozen and ambient products for dispatch
• Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas
• Report stock discrepancies, damages or quality concerns promptly
• Follow food safety, HACCP and workplace safety requirements

Delivery Driving

• Load, check and deliver customer orders against dispatch documentation
• Maintain cold-chain requirements during transport
• Complete deliveries within assigned routes and customer time windows
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Obtain proof of delivery and correctly manage returns or refusals
• Report delays, incidents or delivery issues promptly
• Complete required vehicle and load-safety checks
• Maintain accurate delivery records

What We Are Looking For

• An active Australian Business Number
• Valid Australian work rights
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence of the appropriate class
• A satisfactory driving history
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing or delivery-driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Physical capacity to safely lift and handle products weighing up to 25 kilograms
• Availability for early-morning starts
• Flexibility to accommodate variable hours across approximately 3 to 4 days per week
• Good communication and time-management skills
• A reliable, proactive and customer-focused approach
• Food safety or HACCP knowledge is desirable
• Relevant insurance appropriate to the services being provided
