About the role
CIMIC Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager – Work Winning to be responsible for the development, governance, and delivery of high-quality HSE content and insights to support tender and bid processes across CIMIC Operating Companies.
As a key member of the Group HSEQ function, you will define and embed a consistent Group HSE value proposition for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and quality across all bids.
About the Role
The Manager, Work Winning (HSE) is responsible for the development, governance, and delivery of high-quality HSE content and insights to support tender and bid processes across CIMIC Operating Companies. The role ensures a consistent and compelling HSE value proposition by translating management system capability, assurance outcomes, and performance insights into clear, client-focused submissions that support successful work winning outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving HSE bid content and supporting materials.
Defining and embedding a consistent Group HSE value proposition for tender submissions.
Establishing and managing a central, version-controlled HSE content library.
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of HSE inputs across all bids, as well as deadline control processes for bid inputs.
Translating HSE management system capability, assurance outcomes, and performance insights into compelling, client-focused value propositions.
Supporting Operating Company bid teams to deliver high-quality submissions within tight timeframes.
Identifying and delivering improvements to HSE bid content and processes.
Engaging HSE and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content.
Engaging with HSE Management Systems, Audit & Assurance, and Reporting to ensure bid content is accurate, current, and aligned to Group standards and performance.
Building strong relationships with business development and strategy team.
Leading and coordinating HSE bid support activities across multiple stakeholders.
Contributing to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Modelling CIMIC values and professionalism.
